Lyse partners with the techniSavvy leadership team to ensure a seamless techniSavvy client experience based on effective, efficient and stakeholder focused communication and practices. Lyse’s background in client services and project management brings to the company comprehensive knowledge on how to foster positive and fulfilling client exchanges that further business capacity.
Lyse has an extensive background in university research development. In her 30 plus years in the academic sector (McGill and Concordia universities), Lyse has provided expert services to a complex clientele of researchers, senior university administrators, government officials, and the public at large. She has also served on the board of Teesri Duniya Theatre, an organization dedicated to the production of socially relevant theatre works.
Lyse’s academic credentials include Concordia University (B.F.A) and Universite de Montreal (M.Sc.A)
keeps active through yoga and sports and is an ardent enthusiast of all things
cultural in nature.
Cynthia A. Chilli
Partner and Vice President – Curriculum & Learning Methods
Cynthia Chilli is an employee-owner of technisavvy® (www.techniSavvy.com). Cynthia partners with the techniSavvy leadership team and Training Ambassadors to ensure effective and efficient training of social media environments to satisfy techniSavvy clients. Cynthia brings a background in training and customer service to the company that helps achieve operational excellence in techniSavvy’s core business.
Cynthia has a strong background in training and training environments, computer science, mathematics and high-technology engineering endeavors. Her career spans 30 years of development and training of strategic and tactical systems used throughout the DoD and Intel communities. She has spent time with diverse organizations on the Fortune 500 to include 8 years with Booz Allen Hamilton. Cynthia also held positions with GTE, Telcordia Technologies, SAIC, Leidos, and GH Engineering.
Cynthia’s academic credentials include Arcadia University (B.S.) where she graduated Magna Cum Laude, Distinguished Departmental Honors and Ranked 4th in class.
Cynthia enjoys reading, music, cooking, and especially traveling.
Partner and Lead Technical Ambassador
Billy is an employee-owner of techniSavvy® (www.techniSavvy.com). Billy partners with techniSavvy clinets as a technical ambassador to ensure the highest quality of training. Billy brings a background in customer service training which results in clear and affective communication to our techniSavvy clients.
Billy has a background in marketing and communications. Billy has experience as an office administrator for Smedley’s Engineers in Melbourne, VIC, as well as experience in marketing and reservations for Vail resorts In Park City, Utah.
Billy’s academic credentials include Crafton Hills college (AB) as well as currently furthering his education at U of U (MS) clinical counseling.
Billy enjoys surfing, snow skiing and water skiing on a warm summers day.
Chief Strategy Advisor
Jeff partners with the techniSavvy leadership team to ensure effective, efficient and stakeholder focused processes and practices support and fully satisfy techniSavvy clients. Jeff brings a background in process improvement (Six Sigma Black Belt) to the company which helps achieve operational excellence in all areas of the business.
Jeff has a background in mergers & acquisitions (22 deals with $32 billion of deal value), services and manufacturing P&L and human capital strategy. He has spent time with diverse organizations on the non-profit, entrepreneurial, academic and Fortune 500 fronts. Eighteen years of his career was spent with the Northrop Grumman Corporation. Jeff also held positions with Orbital-ATK, CGI, Textron, Baxter Healthcare and The Johns Hopkins Hospital. His global experience was punctuated with an expatriate assignment. Jeff has served on the Board of Directors of ViiMed (SaaS telemedicine), contributed to the University of Maryland- University College as President of the Alumni Association and Board of Visitors and has been a Visiting Executive Lecturer for over a decade at the University of Virginia’s Darden School teaching a post-merger integration case study.

Frank Chilli is an employee-owner of technisavvy®. Frank partners with the techniSavvy team to promote techniSavvy’s capabilities in the effective and efficient training of social media environments to satisfy techniSavvy clients. Frank brings a background in executive management, business development and customer service to the company that helps achieve operational excellence and market growth.
Frank has a strong background in business development, computer science and high-technology engineering endeavors. His career spans years of development and marketing of strategic and tactical systems used throughout Commercial and Public sector organizations. He served in “C” level positions for n8 Consulting LLC and ViiNetwork Inc. He also held executive positions with diverse organizations on the Fortune 500 to include 10 years with Northrop Grumman. Frank also held positions with CSC, Raytheon, SAIC, GTE and Vangent.
Frank’s academic credentials include the Pennsylvania State University (B.S.) and Arcadia University (B.S.) where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with Distinguished Departmental Honors. He also served as an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University within their Computer Science Department.
Frank enjoys music, camping, time with his children and competitive shooting sports.
